Soccasio does not treat:

  • Entering a mobile number

Should Soccasio introduce a marketing SMS program in the future, participation would require a separate, clear, and legally valid opt-in.

4.3 OTP Messages Are User-Triggered Transactional Messages

An OTP message is sent only after a person provides a mobile telephone number and affirmatively requests or continues a registration, authentication, verification, activation, recovery, or security action requiring mobile verification.

The OTP is used only for the requested account-related purpose.

Requesting or receiving an OTP does not enroll the recipient in a subscription or promotional-message program.

4.4 Mobile Numbers Are Not Sold for Marketing

4.5 SMS Preferences and Opt-Out Records

Where applicable, a user may reply STOP to end an active two-way information interaction or prevent future non-essential SMS responses.

We may retain an opt-out record to ensure that the preference is respected.

An opt-out does not prevent the person from later:

  • Initiating a new SMS conversation
  • Requesting a new OTP
  • Requesting account verification
  • Otherwise affirmatively requesting a new transactional SMS message.

When a person initiates a new action requiring an OTP, Soccasio may send the newly requested transactional message.
